Meet the people behind DOMAVEEDA — a family-founded business shaped by cross-cultural roots and first-hand UAE property investment experience.
We are Pragash Kamalathevan and Francesca Favero Falconi, a husband-and-wife team whose journey brought together Sri Lankan and Italian backgrounds.
We met in London and built our life together before moving to the UAE. In 2022, we began investing in UAE property. Over time, we built a personal portfolio of seven properties and learned first-hand how much the right purchase decisions and ongoing cost management can matter.
We created DOMAVEEDA to help others make thoughtful property decisions — from buying the right home or investment to managing the income that property can generate.

Originally trained as a doctor in the UK, Pragash studied medicine at Cambridge and UCL and went on to earn a PhD from the University of Oxford. He founded and built a successful UK education-technology company before expanding into UAE property investment. His approach to real estate is informed by research, business experience and first-hand investing — with a focus on the numbers behind every decision.
Francesca studied economics at Aston University in the UK and runs a UK manufacturing and distribution business. Alongside her entrepreneurial experience, she has helped build and manage the family's UAE property investments. She brings a commercially minded, owner-focused approach to DOMAVEEDA, balancing financial performance with attentive service and long-term relationships.

DOMA is inspired by Latin domus, meaning home. VEEDA is inspired by veedu (வீடு), meaning home, a word from Pragash’s Sri Lankan heritage.
